Part 1 — Predictable Pipeline
In this workshop, you will learn how to create an infrastructure — process, tools and messaging — that will allow your sales team to be effective. Each of your product features will be quantified by its direct or indirect impact to the customer. This workshop will discuss how to adjust your messaging to align with the most impactful features.
Part 2 — Outbound Messaging Strategy
Having learned the distinction between different personality types in the video (according to the DISC methodology), you will identify the personality type of each of your different prospective targets. Subsequently, you will build a prospecting messaging sequence using provided templates in order to communicate to each prospect in a way that will resonate with them across multiple channels.
