– Technori has been sold to Kingscrowd
– Techstars (which is the parent of Startup Digest) and J. P. Morgan are partnering up to invest in diverse founders, starting with an $80 million fund through 37 programs in 9 cities including Chicago.
– Goldman Sachs will acquire retirement robo-advisor startup NextCapital, who prior to this announcement raised $85 million in outside funding.
– Medical data firm Intelligent Metal Objects of Rosemont has been sold to Thomas H. Lee Partners for $1.5 billion.
