Are we living in a simulation?

Or, has Jake Paul used his fame to make money off of a formula that makes him, and his opponents a lot of money?

I think the latter might be true, he has knocked out former MMA champions in Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley. I think it needs to be noted, both men have a wrestling base and both men are/were at the end of their careers. A lot of folks wanted him to fight someone with a true boxing base and I think that’s still a question Paul can answer while making a buttload of cash, but we’ll have to wait and see what he does 2022.

Whatever it is, I suspect he’ll be the younger ‘A-side’ of the deal.

Dana White summarized the year this week with ESPN. You can check out the full interview here, but what stood out to me was how he addressed the UFC future with Francis Ngannou, saying that Rose Namajunas will face Carla Esparza as her next title challenger, and of course, the rematch with Julianna Peña and Amanda Nunes.

With Justin Gaethje next in line for the lightweight title, I’m surprised Conor McGregor’s name was mentioned more when that topic came up.

What fight are you looking forward to in 2022 from the UFC?
