CCA Knowledge Notes

July 27 · Issue #1 · View online

CCA's "Knowledge Notes" covers varied perspectives on trends and best practices in the Senior Living Industry together with news about our practice, clients and associates. We want to help create a better future for aging by supporting professionals whose main capital is knowledge.

This routine mailer is intended for Executives and other Industry Professionals that don’t have the time to track peers and publications online. Over the next few months we will be focused primarily on sharing information that we curate daily through our own apps and services so that you have quick access to these same materials.

A note from our Re-search Associate
As the Business Development and Research Associate at Capital Care Associates, I have been given the opportunity (and challenge) of curating content that our Industry produces online. Over the past six years we have experimented with countless tools and services to this end. Up until now, this has always been an internal process for Clients and Associates…
Owners, operators and other constituents in the Aging Services field are increasingly overwhelmed by disparate sources of business intelligence. Timely awareness of regulatory developments, business trends and best practices is essential in this change environment.
In response to these challenges, CCA is in the final stages of developing and releasing “Sectour,” a web-based knowledge platform exclusively for the Senior Living Industry. Our “Knowledge Notes” represent only an extract from the extensive business news and intelligence we aggregate and curate that will be searchable through Sectour.
We make it easier for Senior Living Professionals to source knowledge and network with peers by indexing links to mission-critical business news and information.
Please contact me directly at ( with ideas about how to improve this newsletter communication or for specific content requests as we continue to develop the Sectour database.
