Hey there, đź‘‹
In our last
newsletter, we’ve mentioned things might get serious for you and your team around May. Writing this newsletter midst May, we hope you are doing well.Â
Ever since working remotely with our studio team and ventures, the connection with our people has become more important than ever. In our last newsletter, we shared some insights on our digital office events, yet this is just one piece of our broader company culture. This is why we’ve dedicated our latestÂ
blogpost to our approach to culture.Â
It is worth mentioning that our studio team and ventures adapted well to working from home. In times like these, this is worth pointing out because, in some way, the world is forcing us into one big remote working experiment; which either can fail or succeed. I truly believe our company culture plays a significant role in getting through this, which is something we can be proud of.
While we are still happy and hungry, we do miss the office at times. Building on our previously mentioned culture, working remotely does present its challenges to celebrate and uphold connections with the entire team. For now, we’re keeping an eye out for best practices and creative low-touch office tactics before moving in again.
Are you making plans to go back to the office? We would love to know your approach and the steps you’ve taken — Inspire us at hello@builders.studio.
