Hey, friends! It’s November!
As sad as I am that Halloween is over, I’m exciting for all the potential this coming month holds. I can’t share all my goals for November, but here are some of them:
  • Finish drafting my work in progress during NaNoWriMo (let’s be friends!)
  • Go on a vacation
  • Get my hair cut and colored
  • Host Patreon movie night

October Updates

October was a hectic month for me. I accomplished most of the goals I set for myself, including some exciting behind-the-scenes stuff I can’t talk about yet. As soon as I can say something, you’ll be the first to know.
Here are a few things that happened last month:
  • I released my seventh book, Mouth Full of Ashes. Right now, it’s only available on Amazon, but soon, you can get it everywhere else, too. Stay tuned for updates!
  • I was interviewed! Check out my spots on the Dead Headspace Podcast, the Into the Gloom Podcast, the Books in the Freezer Podcast (episode drops tomorrow), Brad Proctor’s YouTube channel, and Claire Fraser’s YouTube channel. Whew!
  • I devoured Squid Game. So, so good. I also wrote an article about how it functions as mainstream horror. Check it out.
  • My books are going wide. I had a rough battle with Amazon regarding my KDP Select exclusivity, so I’m pulling all my books from the program and opting for wide distribution. I’m excited for the opportunities that will come from this move. Right now, you can get Blood and Water and The Tricker-Treater and Other Stories just about everywhere. More coming soon. If you have any questions regarding distribution, please let me know.
  • I signed up to sell books at cons! If you want to meet me, buy my books, and/or have me sign said books, I’ll be attending AuthorCon and 221B Con in April 2022. I’d love to see you there!
