I always work off of the framework, Awareness, Regulation, Transformation.
We begin by checking in, to gauge where we are beginning our practice from. Coming into a more consciously aware state.
We regulate with a gentle, seated movement practice followed by functional breathing techniques to bring us back to neutral.
We shift our energy to a more open-hearted, receptive place through a powerful transformational breathing technique.
The class lasts approximately 50 minutes and I always stick around to answer any questions and queries at the end.
