I want YOU to be the first to tap in to the unmeasurable power of the breath…breathing is the most important biological function we have and if we can get that right, we unlock the door to unlimited potential. Your energy levels will soar, your sleep will deepen, your relationships will blossom, your focus will become supercharged and your motivation will sky rocket.
I’m not exaggerating when I say that breath work literally changed my life.
I used to be the girl who was always operating on half a tank of fuel because I NEVER TOOK A BREAK. I revelled in the idea that the harder I worked, the more I pushed and forced and “tried”, the more successful I would become both personally and professionally. The more you put in the more you get out right? - WRONG. How freaking wrong I was on this endless hamster wheel to nowhere. Do you know my friends actually stopped inviting me out because I was always so busy “doing” and “trying to be successful?” Long story short I was miserable, exhausted and incredibly unsatisfied with where my life was heading. How many people are still out there working their butts off under the illusion that more is more and that doing, doing, doing to the point of burnout will prove to everyone how successful you really are?
The biggest lesson I learnt that shifted my entire perspective, made me change careers, location and basically the entire course of my life, was LESS IS MORE. I ruthlessly eliminated hurry from my life, made optimising my breathing and taking headspace an absolute priority and started to actually listen to the callings of my body and my intuition. EVERYTHING CHANGED. I now have a career that challenges, fulfills and grows me in more ways I could imagine, I met a wonderful man with whom I share a deep, rich and loving relationship with and have developed a core confidence that allows me to be more resilient to crazy and sometimes cruel reality we live in.
Now, thats my journey and I’m not sharing it to try and seem like some god-like guru that has it all figured out. It’s not all rainbows and unicorns either, I’m still faced with challenges and tribulations that force me out of my comfort zone on a daily basis. What I’m getting at is breath work laid the foundations for me to access the tools and techniques I need to face ANY CHALLENGE IN LIFE feeling cool, calm and confident that I GOT THIS.
I want to share those tools with you, starting with this BREATHING BASICS GUIDE. We’re all busy people SO I’ve only added in exercises that are integrations rather than interruptions to your day to day schedule. Try incorporating one or all of them this week and see what happens…. I predict you will be quite astounded by the results.
