Unless you were born in 1918, I think you’ll agree this was easily the worst year of our collective lives…from the pandemic, politics, racial injustice and beyond.
Here’s to a brighter outlook in 2021.
I anticipate some major marketing shifts, as cookie-based ads go away. My big bets are on email, affinity groups (online communities), video, artificial intelligence, and podcasting.
And last but not least, a push toward experiential marketing once COVID is in check.
