What is unique about your best customers? How do you turn your average customers into ones with a lifetime value similar to your best customers?  Would that be easier and less costly than attempting to acquire new customers?
Leads & New Customers Tip:  Your best leads and your best future customers are ones that are drawn to you by referrals from existing customers and your existing network.  
Nurture your existing customers and your network very well first before ever thinking outbound marketing.  If you are a startup with a credible attractive offering, utilize other people’s networks, their lists, and their credibility to get potential customers referred to you.
