Thank you for opening my newsletter! I am excited to announce that a book I illustrated the cover for is now fully funded on KICKSTARTER! Now we are stretching our goal to create an exclusive illustrated hardcover edition of Tom M. Franklin’s THE PTERRIBLE PTERANODON. Kickstarter is an online platform that exists to help bring all sorts of creative projects to life through the help of pledges, projects in film, music, art, theater, games, comics, design, photography, and more. These projects are funded by pledges that come from you and others who believe in an artist and want to help bring their creative dream to life.

Tom M. Franklin wrote a wonderful fantasy story called THE PTERRIBLE PTERANODON. A book he had been working on for some time and tried to get published until he was approached by a small publishing house, Pocket Moon Press. They suggested that he use Kickstarter to get it out into the world. So, he did with rousing success!

Now that Tom’s book is fully funded we are now offering STRETCH GOALS. A stretch goal is a special offered only through Kickstarter. Our stretch goal is a special hardcover illustrated edition. For every $500 over the original pledge of $6000 I will create 3 wonderful pen & ink illustrations. There is room for 12 so we need to get to $8000, and we are already on our way with the first $500!
