Good Monday everyone. I hope you all took the time shift well. We are all now one hour into the past. Time shifts like this can cause all sorts of disruptions of a physical, psychological, or metaphysical nature. Luckily all paradox protocols were followed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology and time is flowing at its normal rate once more. Most, if not all, metaphysical disruptions have been mitigated. To alleviate any physical or psychological affects you may have encountered, it is recommended you take a least a one-hour nap.
