Yuga Labs, the creators behind BAYC, have signed veteran music manager, Guy Oseary, to expand their brand into other entertainment formats, including film, TV, and music.
This comes after one ape in particular, ā€œJenkins the Valet,ā€ signed with CAA ā€“ one of the biggest talent agencies in the world ā€“ and Larva Labs, creators of CryptoPunks and Meebits, signed with UTA.
The race to build mega-IP is on.

Blowing off steamā€¦ If NFTs are the future of gaming, the future isnā€™t quite here yet. This week, Steam, a major PC game store, quietly updated its terms to ban all games that use blockchain technology or allow users to trade NFTs or cryptocurrencies.
In response, Epic Games, the company that created Fortnite and famously sued Apple for their App Store practices, issued a statement saying they were, in fact, ā€œopen toā€ crypto games.
In the meantime, blockchain game Axie Infinity breaks new records.
