That’s probably the best question I know to ask to help me return to the present moment.
We get so absorbed by all the tasks we have to complete - work, home, family & friends, errands & chores, social media, books, movies, travel planning, etc., etc. - that it is easy to lose ourselves, neglect proper self-care and relaxation time, and without realizing it gaining weight and getting sick. Can you relate?
Phew! My head is about to explode! I could really use a drink right now. 🍸 Oh, wait! I forgot, I don’t drink. I swear, once you realize how harmful alcohol is to your health, it becomes really hard justifying its use.
So, that means we’ll have to find some other means of relaxing…
