Got Plans for 2019? (plus, sneak peek of my new course)

Would you believe that my goals for 2019 have been hanging on my wall since October 20th? Well, it’s true, but I am not typically that ahead of the game. As a matter of fact, I am still looking forward to ✍️ writing down all my 2018 accomplishments in my journal before the end of year.
I don’t know about you, but the ending of one year and the beginning of a new year always get me excited. You probably feel the same, entering a new year with newfound enthusiasm and optimism. But, there’s more to being successful and achieving your goals than being optimistic!
That’s why I just put the finishing touches on my new course titled “Commit to Change” yesterday and felt compelled to let you know about it right away. I am that excited! 😃
You see, unless you have clarity about what you really want, what obstacles will stand in your way, and what daily actions you will need to take, and are fully committed to making the changes required, you will not succeed! I plan on telling you more about the course over the next few weeks, but if you like getting ahead of the game too, it is available right now with a big discount for fast action takers before December 31st.
And, more often than not, in order to achieve our goals, we will have to release some old habits that no longer serve us, and create new ones. That’s why I recommend you tune into this week’s 🎤 podcast episode where I talk about why habits are so important and how to go about creating new ones!
I am especially excited to share next week’s complimentary educational event, which is taught by Dr. Mark Hyman. I have been a student and follower of Dr. Hyman for over a decade now. He was the one that put integrative medicine on the map for me, or as it is often referred to in modern days, functional medicine. I am expecting this event to be quite a treat. Don’t miss it!
Please, read on, and enjoy! ❤️

It's time for the year-end review and 2019 goal setting. Are you ready?

I am so excited to bring this course to you, just in time for the new year! It is super affordable, yet will save you so much wasted time and money chasing the wrong goals and offers in 2019.
While I haven’t put all the finishing marketing touches on the course, it is ready now for you to start immediately. The course is vital for your success, but it also is a lot of fun. So, you can either “take it with you” on your holiday vacation, start it the last week of 2018 and hit the ground running, or get ready and set to begin Day 1 on January 1st. Whichever works best for you!
New Podcast Episode: How to Develop New Habits
What is a habit? What do you think of when you hear the word habit? If you’re like most people, you hear the word habit and associate something negative with it, like smoking, overeating, and always being late. However, habits can and do show up as positive, if you know how to train yourself toward this goal.

“Many people have a relationship with their doctor that is less than satisfactory. They aren’t given enough time, they have questions that go unanswered, and their personal concerns and research aren’t fully taken into account. Compound that with a conventional medical system that focuses purely on symptoms, instead of the root cause for illness, and many patients aren’t reaching the health goals they so greatly need.
That’s why I created my new, FREE online course, Hacking Your Healthcare, with my friends from the digital platform Commune. I’m going to walk you through essential questions to ask your doctor in order to form a positive working relationship, the basics of conventional lab testing, the benefits of Functional Medicine testing, and understanding different systems of the body to get to know your health on a deeply personal level.
It’s time to take your health into your own hands. ” ~Mark Hyman
That’s it for this week. Hopefully, you got some great new ideas for improving your health and arthritis symptoms. As always, remember to give me your feedback below, so I can continue bringing you content you enjoy and use! 😘
