Maybe you are one of the people who has heard how popular journaling is and wish you could get in the habit…

No problem
Do A Daily Brain Dump
Start small by doing a 5-minute brain dump each day. Any time of day is great, find a time that works for you.
It’s an excellent way to get frustrations, irritations, and worries off your mind. Empty them onto the page instead. You’ll sleep better, feel less worried about getting everything done and you’ll be less preoccupied when you’re with your loved ones.
Yes, all of that can happen with this simple 5-minute exercise.
If you love a pretty notebook and have a favorite pen, try handwriting your brain dump. Perhaps you are someone like me who prefers to use electronics for everything. No problem, use your phone or computer to brain dump. Just jot down everything on your mind in no particular order.
There’s no need to censor yourself. No one else will ever see it.
Just let it spill out on the page and then forget about it.
