Making changes isn’t easy.
It takes a lot of willpower and sometimes we need a little boost to make it through the day.
Here are three simple ways you can boost your willpower and make sure you stick to the plan.
Write It Down:
This couldn’t be easier. Put what you want to do in writing. It’s a way to commit to a goal. Make a daily to-do list, use habit trackers, and journal about what you want to get done.
Another great way to build in accountability is to tell someone. You’ll be less likely to drop out or cheat if you know you’ll have to fess up later.
Review Your Progress:
Last but not least stay motivated by looking at your progress. Compare where you’re at now to where you started. Review your lists or your journal and see for yourself just how far you’ve already come.
