Hi friends, here is your weekly dose of “Simply Good Life", a newsletter that tries to make your day a little bit better and help you to grow personally and professionally. Enjoy!

Your Team is History
Here is an easy way to move forward with your team or your company:
1. Focus: Identify the most significant threats to your team by asking “Imagine in a year your team is history, why?
2. Collaborate: Invite every role to create a ton of ideas on how to mitigate those risks
3. Do Less Better: Solve only the most urgent problems in the most delightful way.
Repeat every year.
Study Your Own Childhood
Our schools teach us about mathematics, wars and atoms - but they never address the one topic we really need to study: our own childhood. Find out why in this video:
The One Subject You Really Need to Study: Your Own Childhood

Intuitive Eating
Intuitive eating is a term known from the book Intuitive Eating: A Revolutionary Program that Works. This approach may seem quite radical to many used to complicated diets with lots of rules about what you can and can’t eat.
The idea here is simply to eat whatever you want, whenever you want—and still improve your cholesterol and blood sugar levels while feeling happier and more confident about your body. Sold?
Thank you Jerrold for sending this in.
Book I Love
I’m reading a fantastic book right now: Awareness by Anthony de Mello. Basically every page hurts, it uses such a clear language to show how bad we are at living a happy life and to understand who we really are. I’ll be sending some of my favorite quotes from this book in the next few weeks. Enjoy:
“If you find me charming, it means that right now you’re in a good mood, nothing more.”
― Anthony de Mello, Awareness
“We see people and things not as they are, but as we are.”
― Anthony de Mello, Awareness

Love it, love it! Immediately added the book to the list of my favorite books.
Have a good weekend,
Adam
