Focus on what you can control, ignore what you cannot.
This sounds obvious but just look at your actual behavior. How much time do you spend focusing on the things you cannot control: the politics, economy, negative people.
These are all things we generally cannot control, and yet we spend a lot of energy worrying about them. Focus on what you can control.
