Fear is Good
Here’s a quote that motivates me to continue writing my book about being the best self and about reading emotions almost every day. I feel fear, I feel self-doubt but I know these are good indicators.
“Fear is good. Like self-doubt, fear is an indicator. Fear tells us what we have to do. Remember our rule of thumb: The more scared we are of a work or calling, the more sure we can be that we have to do it. Resistance is experienced as fear; the degree of fear equates to the strength of Resistance. Therefore the more fear we feel about a specific enterprise, the more certain we can be that that enterprise is important to us and to the growth of our soul. That’s why we feel so much Resistance. Be More Creative
Here’s one of the best concepts to become more creative. Whenever you want to solve a problem, don’t just create one great idea, always - I really mean always - start with many bad ideas. Because once you have enough bad ideas, some good ideas will show up.

This is one of my favorite quotes. I try not to explain anything unless someone expressly asks me to do it. Even then, I only explain if I see continuous buy-in and understanding as I go along.
