Hi friends, here is your weekly dose of “Simply Good Life,” a list of things that will help you to grow personally and professionally. Enjoy!

Invest in Experiences, Not Things
Latest research shows that investing in experiences, and not in things, actually increases our happiness. We unfortunately tend to forget that experiences bring more happiness than material things.
But there are ways to add more experiences to your life.
  • Learn new skills. Create a learning bucket list of all the things you hope to learn in your lifetime.
  • Make more time for friends and family.
  • Play more.
Focus on doing these things more often and observe how you feel.
Decisions - Fear or Growth
From one of my favorite books - “Reinvent Yourself” by James Altucher - I learned that there are only two types of decisions: “decisions made out of fear and decisions made out of growth.”
For instance, do you stay in your job because you’re are afraid you won’t get another job? Or do you stay in your job because you are excited about the growth potential there?
Observe your decisions. Get to know yourself.
Find out Your Powers
There are six primary needs and they always guide our behavior. You probably know that each of us has a different one. But do you know your primary need? Do you know what your powers are exactly, what’s your kryptonite and where to shift your focus?
Take the quiz to find out everything about your #1 driving force.
Quote I Love
Charlie Munger is one of the most brilliant living humans and I absolutely love how he forms intelligent opinions.
“I’m not entitled to have an opinion on a subject unless I can state the arguments AGAINST my position better than the people do who are supporting it” - Charlie Munger
What do you think about it? Do you even try to know the arguments against your position?

Have a fantastic weekend,
Adam
