Hi friends, here is your weekly dose of “Simply Good Life", a newsletter that tries to make your day a little bit better and help you to grow personally and professionally. Enjoy!

We Don't Know Ourselves
“I’m convinced that we never know ourselves—we really don’t, and that’s part of the great tragedy of life, but it also makes life interesting” – Tyler Cowen
Here are some exercises that will help you understand who you really are. Now think about your life:
What 5 adjectives would you use to describe your life so far? What 5 adjectives do you want to describe your life?
What elements stay the same? What are the differences? What could you do in the next few weeks to move your life towards the 5 words you used to describe your perfect life?
Involve Them
We all have problems to solve for others - either in our private or in business life. One of the best ways to efficiently solve problems is to make people you work for part of the creation process. We all love things that we have made because we see them as an extension of ourselves. We place a higher value on them.
We’re often afraid of involving others in the process of solving problems, we assume we need to know the answers. But involving them not only increases the quality of the outcome but also makes them happier.
Amazing Time-Lapse Video
Witness the beautiful growth of larvae into bees in this time-lapse video. Amazing, kudos to the Nation Geographic team.

Life Questions
Here’s another exercise that helps to find out what’s really important. Spend a few minutes thinking about answers to these questions.
What were the top 3 best times in my life so far?
If you know you were going to die one year from today, what would you do?
How would you want to be remembered?
What would you like to be written on your tombstone?
Are the answers about others? Are your answers about material things, about experiences, about your achievements? These are things that are important to you.
Now create a list of 5 tasks you could do in the next few weeks to add more of the things above to your life.
Design your perfect life.
Do not live a life you don’t want to live.

How did these exercises make you feel? Tell me.
