Hi friends, here is your weekly dose of “Simply Good Life", a newsletter that tries to make your day a little bit better and help you to grow personally and professionally. Enjoy!

Communicate Better
If I had to teach someone how to become a better communicator, I would simply explain one method:
Being memorable is not about telling others how great we are. It’s about highlighting their high points.
Don’t try to impress people, let them impress you.
"BE PREPARED TO BE AMAZED!"
"BE PREPARED TO BE AMAZED!"
Understand Yourself Better
If I had to teach someone how to better understand who they are I would explain this one method.
Make a list of 5 people you like listening to or looking at. Now ask yourself what it really is that you like about every one of them.
Now create a list of 5 people you envy. Now ask yourself what is the detail about them that you envy.
This exercise will show you what exactly you feel attracted to and also what motivates you in life. I love these simple exercises!
Write Better
I’m about to publish the paperback version of my book later this week. I had to learn a ton about writing and about book design in the last few days (thank you Kirsten!).
Here are some of the methods I used to make the book as easy to understand as possible:
ᴅᴀᴠɪᴅ ᴘᴇʀᴇʟʟ ✌
Business writing 101.

∙ Shorten your sentences.
∙ Make your point fast.
∙ Shorten the introduction.
∙ Use simple words.
∙ Add graphs and statistics.
∙ No buzzwords.
∙ Use more periods, fewer commas.
∙ Write for skimming, not deep reading.
∙ Bold the main takeaways.
Your Legacy- Quote I Love
Your legacy is not what you do. It’s what the people who you teach do. Reinvent Yourself by James Altucher
Watch your kids, watch other people around you.
What did they learn from you?
What is it they do because of you?
That’s your legacy!

Have a great day,
Adam
PS: I’ve received so many feedback emails from you in the last two weeks. I feel proud, I feel happy, I feel honored. I haven’t expected to “not only change your inner world but also your outer world”. Thank you all!
