If you still don’t know what you want to learn or to change in your life, just go through the following exercise from the book 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss.
Create a list of five things you dream of having (including, but not limited to, material wants: house, car, clothing, etc.), being (be a great cook, be fluent in Chinese, etc.), and doing (tracing your roots, racing ostriches, etc.). Spend 3 minutes on these 3 questions.
Now choose one to focus on in the next few weeks.
