Who wants to do computer science "Kollegenarbeit"?

Here in Germany, every patent attorney knows the concept of “Kollegenarbeit”, which means doing patent work for another firm or company, and then the other firm or company filed the work product.
I always have trouble explaining this concept to non-German speakers because I’m not aware of the English term for this kind of work. Maybe “ghostwriting” comes closest? Please let me know the proper English term for “Kollegenarbeit” if you know it.
By the way, the growth of my work pipeline recently allowed me to give out the first “Kollegenarbeit” orders to talented young patent attorneys. If you’re a young patent practitioner based in Europe and have strong computer science skills, reach out to me please. I’d love to get in touch to discuss possible cooperation models.
