The Covid19 pandemic has completely put countries in Asia and Europe on standstill. How is it going to play out in India? As far as I am informed, it is said, in the case of coronavirus, it is better to panic than not.
India has a unique way of coming together and saving itself when push comes to shove. But concerns are valid. If epidemic hits India, will our Public Health System be able to withstand the onslaught? None of the developed countries is able to withstand it. But more than the health implication the economic implications of such a lock dock is enormous.
We all as a community know that not everyone is privileged enough to stock months or weeks of grocery. May we be kind and generous if at all such a situation hits us.
In the meantime, I have been accused of being an alarmist, but in this case, I think I have got my research right and would rather be accused of being an alarmist rather than get caught sleeping on the wheel.
Kind Regards,
