Learn to say NO more often
By Ash Lamb • Issue #47 • View online

Learning to say NO more often will dramatically free up your time.
You’ll suddenly have the time and energy to do those things that you’ve always wanted to do.
Sometimes we have to be selfish and put ourselves and our loved ones first.
Before you build someone else’s castle make sure you’ve built yours first.
Consider optimizing your life for those things that you truly care about. They usually are the exact same things that give you energy.
Time is a finite resource so make sure you’re being very intentional with its allocation.
No one ever said on their deathbed:
“I wish I spent more time at the office building someone else’s dream.”
“I wish I spent less time with my family doing those things I truly cared about”
Great love and respect.
