Remember that only by taking care of your immediate environment can you then move on to bigger challenges. In an age of constant distractions, our inability to pay attention to our environment is leading to increased rates of anxiety and depression.
Whenever you feel lost go back to the small things. Go back to the fundamentals. Because there is where you’ll find peace and clarity.
