The week of King’s day in the Netherlands. Kids have a holiday for two weeks. So chaos engineering at its finest in my home. With some smart planning and flexible working hours, it feels kind of like COVID lockdown times here.
The flight to 360iDev
is now booked. Last topic is the hotel, but it should be fine. Already planning for a trip in August, that’s mind blowingly early for me.
April is already over and it felt busy. May and June look a lot busier still. Planning and organising ahead of time is always good. The best part is that I now get to suggest to some peers to go to a specific conference again and I get to go again myself.
My daughter also turned 7 this week and she was might proud to be able to go and buy a “Space Scooter
” with all the money she got for gifts. She specifically requested cold hard cash on her gift list. We are now expressing the value of things in the amount of Space Scooters it would take. Quite fun to see her calculate and realise how many Space Scooters it takes each month to pay for the mortgage of our house. 😂
In May I will be taking some day trips to the Stream office in Amsterdam. If you are in Amsterdam on May 3 or 9, let me know. Maybe we can meetup for a coffee near the Leidseplein in Amsterdam. Beware, on May 3 my daughter will be most likely with me.
