Trying something new this week!

Hello, dear readers! I really enjoy preparing The Agenda each week, but lately I’ve been thinking the format’s gone a bit stale. So I’m taking a page from Austin Kleon’s playbook and moving to a more defined “10 things I’m liking and that I think you’ll like” format.
As always, your feedback is welcome! Let me know what you think.

  1. It was a snow & coldpocalypse around these parts this week, and Hope closed for an entire day not one, but two times! Crazy. ❄️
  2. Well, Apple has had better weeks.
  3. Tripsy is a fantastic new app for managing trip itineraries & details. I love its simple design.
  4. And speaking of apps, AirBuddy came out this week and offers AirPods management for macOS.
  5. Internet mattress and perennial podcast sponsor Casper launched the Casper Glow, a bedside lamp that promises better sleep.
  6. Early to middle millennial who came of age in the age of Friends? I can’t recommend 90s Pop Radio on Pandora highly enough. Alanis Morrissette, Lisa Loeb, Seal… it’s all there.
  7. Last weekend we picked up New Super Mario Bros. Wii secondhand, and boy is it fun. The cooperative gameplay is fun and more challenging than you’d think. (Nothing like reviewing a game that came out in 2009 🤣)
  8. And speaking of Nintendo, I really enjoyed Matt Birchler’s YouTube review of New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe for the Nintendo Switch.
  9. Last weekend I rewatched Quantum of Solace, and while it’s probably the weakest of the Daniel Craig Bond movies, it does hold up for me. I’m super excited for Bond 25 to come out in 2020.
  10. Now on Kickstarter: SwitchPod, “the minimal, versatile, handheld tripod.”
