I know I’m about 20 years late to the party, but I finished Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire last night, and I really enjoyed it. I’m making my way through the series, and summer hours have been good for my reading habit. And I continue to love my Kindle Paperwhite — it’s such a great device and it’s super easy to borrow Kindle books from the library.
See you next week!

  1. As I mentioned last week, we’re beginning our annual series of summer camping trips, and I’m adding the BioLite CampStove 2 to our gear wish list. The thing turns fire into electricity. 🤯($129)
  2. We might also need to check out KiwiCo, the educational subscription box for kids, for rainy days in the camper.
  3. Outlets are at a premium in the old Starcraft, so this year we picked up an Anker PowerPort 4 to charge two iPhones and two Apple Watches at the same time. ($26)
  4. And speaking of charging, TwelveSouth released the HiRise Wireless, a Qi charging stand that’ll let you charge your phone and wireless AirPods. ($79)
  5. My morning wake-up routine remains less than ideal — I’m a prisoner of the snooze button — so maybe I need to switch it up with a dedicated alarm clock like the brilliant Soundcore Wakey. ($99)
  6. Kickstarter of the Week™️: Ferris is one fancy key ring.
  7. Shopify launched Hatchful, a free logo maker.
  8. TinySheet is the cutest spreadsheet app you’ll ever see…
  9. And Claro is a minimal to-do list app for your browser.
  10. Steve Giralt makes amazing food visuals for commercials, including the bouncing hamburger.
