So I realize you may or may not be a big golf fan, but there’s just so much fun content out there for the 83rd Masters Tournament. If you’ll permit me, I’d like to share a few of those golf-related links, as well as some of my more typical fare. As always, thanks for reading!

  1. Probably my favorite of the week: this illustrated guide to hanging out at your first Masters. James Yang’s art style is perfect.
  2. Similarly — here’s how you spend your one day at Augusta National.
  3. The tracking feature on this year’s website is incredible. 3D views, videos of every single shot — it’s amazing.
  4. Yes, I’m a Tiger Woods fan, and I’m rooting for him to win against Father Time and put on another green jacket come Sunday.
  5. Yesterday Disney shared more details about its upcoming Disney+ streaming service. It’ll be $6.99/month, have 30 seasons of The Simpsons (hey Brett 👋🏻), and it launches November 12.
  6. Here’s a Kickstarter for a sweet set of 8-bit playing cards.
  7. Leeflets are one-page websites that are free to create and just $25 to publish.
  8. I mostly use Spark for email, but when I need to go into Gmail (I use it for both personal stuff and work), I just can’t stand its busy, busy design. Simplify is a Google Chrome extension that cleans up the Gmail interface.
  9. Our annual Hope College Day of Giving is happening, and the Hope community has brought their A-game, breaking records for all previous days. The fundraising event wraps up at noon today and at press time we’re closing in on $200K. 🤯
  10. I heard Phill Nosworthy speak at a conference a couple weeks ago where he gave a talk called Meaning + Mastery. If you ever have a chance to hear from Phill — do it.

Wrapping Up
Liked what you read this week? 👍🏻
Please forward it along to a friend (or two!) — it’s the best way to support The Agenda. You could also buy my Basecamp book (and save $10, no less) or buy me a coffee.
Thank you! 👏🏻
