Hello Dev 👋

What I've been up to
Since the last newsletter I sent, there has been a lot going on for me on a personal note.
I left my role as a Developer Advocate at Draftbit during the second week of January. It has been a wonderful experience working with such a great team for the last ten and half months.

Today is my last day @draftbit

It has been an amazing adventure with the very best people I've ever worked with. I'm in their debt for a lot of things.

Shoutout to the whole team! I'm still a fanboy of Draftbit and will always be.

Next adventure starts next month. 🚀
I am always grateful for such an opportunity. I did learn a lot working closely with the product, growth, and engineering team at Draftbit.
Where I am headed to
I’ll be starting my new role this coming Monday and am pretty stoked about it.
Will make an announcement on Twitter 🚀

I didn’t write much. For the past ten days, I’ve been on a break and have been spending time at a warm place. Personally, I’m not a big fan of Delhi’s cold weather 🥶
I did manage to write and publish one post. It’s a topic that I had in my mind for a long time. I’ve also been playing with React Query v3 for quite some time and thought this is the right opportunity to share my learnings on that.
Implementing Infinite Scroll with React Query and FlatList in React Native
In this tutorial, I’m implementing an infinite scroll using the FlatList component in React Native. To fetch data, we will use a real REST API service provided by RAWG. Then the React Query library helps make fetching data a lot smoother. What I like about it most is that it takes care of the status of loading and fetching paginated data on its own.

That’s all for now!
