✅ The CA Senate’s ‘Build Back Boldly’ budget gives a once-in-a-generation chance to change California, but will it happen?
🔥 According to the majority rule party in the Golden State: “California has long led the nation on things like expanding health care for the middle-class and undocumented immigrants, providing paid family leave and a higher minimum income, and establishing individual Earned Income Tax Credit. With the Build Back Boldly budget, the Senate continues to prioritize smart investments that take care of Californians and take California into the future.”
🔥Of course, the opposition party answer to this is on record:
Sen. Jim Nielson (R-Tehama) criticized the placeholder budget passed on June 14, calling it a “fake” budget.
“This is a fake budget and the Democrat-controlled budget process, with no public input or transparency, is a sham,” he said in a statement.
“Following the Budget Act will be dozens of so-called budget trailer bills. Many will contain major policy provisions that will circumvent the normal deliberative legislative process.”
🔥Under California’s constitution, the legislature must pass a budget bill no later than midnight on June 15 every year, and the governor must sign it by June 30. Failure to meet this timeline results in the docking of legislative pay.

🔥 “AMERICA IS UNIQUE. No other nation in the world has experienced the widespread levels of stability, individual prosperity, and personal freedoms that have defined this nation. What made us different from other nations? Was it the people, the principles, or the blessing of God? It was all three, and they caused America to become the most exceptional nation in the history of the world.
“Our past is filled with captivating accounts of the brave and the cowardly; of heroes and villains; of atrocities, corruption, and greed as well as self-sacrifice, honor, and redemption. America is not perfect. Yet we have a compelling story of those seeking religious and civil freedom, escaping oppression, pursuing opportunity, and often joining hands to achieve common goals. The American Story highlights this cooperation and presents some of the interesting moments and people that reveal God’s Providence in America. We have a fascinating history that must be remembered.” (DAVID BARTON in the link below)

Finally, for what it’s worth?
Does the California Legislature Seek to Turn the State into One Massive HOA Community?
In 2021, real estate development records show that homeowner associations (HOAs or common interest developments, CIDs) represent the dominant form of residential property development in California. The state government enabled this in concert with private developers. This reality is also true for a majority of other states.
Observing the California budget rolling out for 2021-22, it appears our political leaders would like to reshape the entire state into one giant HOA. Think not? Then read about the massive social experiment to create a state-controlled real estate investment trust (REIT) to, allegedly, make housing affordable in the state. Details to be determined.
So the state may kick in 45% of the cost of a home, and lawmakers don’t think that home builders and sellers will not inflate the value of a home to squeeze more money out of them? This will essentially make buying a home impossible without the state’s money or help. This will allow the state to have 45% control of every home and homeowner in the future of CA. How convenient for the lawmakers?
Imagine having to get approval for modification or the sale of your house through the CA government! Are you ready for that?
