Grappling (wrestling, BJJ, etc) are by far the most injury-inducing sports I have ever done.
Sadly, after every single practice I leave with some kind of pain.
- It could be my right knee swelling up.
- It could be my lower back hurting.
- It could be my old sternum injury flaring up again.
- Or a new type of pain, like a collar bone pain.
You twist, turn and fall so much that if you have even the slightest of injuries, it will expose it. My personal trainer is furious that I’m doing this!
I feel old man.. and I’m still in my fucking twenties.
