“During these uncertain times I am finding comfort in baking and cooking, hiking, dog beach hangs and, of course, my practice. I haven’t been able to practice as much virtually as I’ve been putting in some long days at the hemp farm in Hyde Park where I work. Our plant babies are finally ready to leave the greenhouse and head to the fields. This video is from Hurricane Mountain in the Adirondacks—a fire tower at the top, complete with 360 degree view. I miss our studio and all of your faces. I hope everyone is staying safe and sane. Much love!” Tia @tstivala
