breath is what your mind wants to listen to 

Beginning Ashtanga Twice a Week!
Monday’s at 12:30 - 1:30 with Tia
Thursday’s at 4:00 -:00 with Sarah
You don’t have to be beginner. There are many reasons why we return to the beginning. It’s an hour long. Bring your friends and your laughter.

Thursday's are Second Series
Thursday 10:30 with Ara
Thursday 5:40 Second Series + Long form Pranayama with Kathy
Thursday is now our day for Nadi Sodhana. You can practice in the morning or the evening. Second series is fun with lots of back bending. Come check it out.
Also note, that Thursday morning class has moved from 9:30 to 10:30. You can catch led primary at 9:30 on all other days!
