Happy Saturday awesome WINers!
I am especially excited for today’s episode.

Reason#1) As our WINers who’ve been through WINii’s Budget Detox Challenge know, incorporating mindfulness to our relationship with money has always been one of WINii’s tenets. So it was a real treat to delve into better understanding the meaning of and practicing mindfulness.

Reason#2) We’re expanding our delivery mediums! This was our first video interview (Agh! My awkward self!) posted on Youtube! AND we’re now live on iTunes
Hope you’ll start off your weekend with a dose of tranquility!

Apps: If you’re interested in continuing the mindfulness practice, at least to experiment to see if you like it, Headspace is an app I highly recommend. It’s a freemium model so you get the first 10 practices for free - perfect to test drive to see if it fits into your lifestyle.
