Happy Friday! We hate to be the one-millionth to say it, but welcome to the end of year one of the pandemic. Over the past 12 months, we’ve seen uncertainty turn into a reinvigorated drive for many to succeed, including the creation of new businesses and solutions in the face of adversity. We’ve seen the explosion of online shopping and contactless solutions alongside the rise in focus on inclusivity marketing and new ways to build in efficiency across the board. With many regions still under various states of lockdowns, the next year is just as uncertain and full of potential as the last.
