If you know me, or have followed the things I share - you know I am a workaholic and a happy one at that. Beyond that - I recognise the need and importance to make time for self care - running, yoga, the occasional spa - whatever. But I still look upon some or all of this as luxuries I afford myself AFTER work per se.

This might be a good idea to watch - even if you think you know it all, and definitely something to share with your teams, and peer group. We really do need to get educated about sex - let’s start with ourselves and those around us.
