Hi Over the years we found entrepreneurs do a great job in building the business. But, once things start to scale their hard work gets lost because they hired the wrong people. So, how do you hire new people for your business? Organising a culture and a set of values is one way to do this. This means you hire new talent based on their values and how well they buy into your vision for the business. The technical expertise you can train them on afterwards. The video this week talks you through this. The presenter highlights his own expereince of building his business and the problems he had with hiring new people. How he found through experience he found hiring on values helped him build his business as opposed to hiring based on technical expertise.
