biz Tips from Zufi, Kas & Gerry
Hi
Thanks for your support in making this group work for all of us. We would like to thank service providers for volunteering their time during the working week to support entrepreneurs in the London.
Gerry & Kas for supporting entrepreneurs at the RSA on Thursdays (every other week) from 6-8 pm. Their knowledge cafe sessions are offline sessions where entrepreneurs can discuss their business concerns in depth.
These one to one sessions were organised on a monthly basis:
Sukhy for the Branding Sessions
Pavel for the Accounting & Finance sessions
Zahid for the commercial legal sessions.
Paul & Diane for the IP sessions
Samar for the Business Immigration sessions
Zufi for delivering the Lunch Time sessions at artfix London in Woolwich on Mondays from 12-2 pm.
The over number of entrepreneurs who signed up to attend our support sessions was 91. This excludes the weekly mentoring tips recipients.
Next quarter we have asked Leigh to join us to support you with your adverting & marketing. He has agreed to support you map out your customer engagement needs and channels.
We still have a session or two left before we break up, so please feel free to make the most of them.
We would like to thank the RSA for being flexible with us in informally hosting the Knowledge Cafes there.
We would like to thank artFix London for offering space to organise the Lunch time sessions and promoting our knowledge cafes in to their members.
The British Pakistan Foundation for encouraging their members to benefit from this support.
The London Business Journal for giving our members exposure in their publication.
Finally, London Entrepreneurs Network for offering our service providers a free stall at their business networking events.
We also on boarded a new sponsor - Dinghy. They offer insurances for the free lancer community. Just to highlight Stairs And Shares does not receive any commission from Dinghy for this. We asked them to pass on the benefit onto you. So, now you also get £15 amazon vouchers as part of their support :)

Over the last quarter this group has worked towards London in meeting the following UN Sustainable Development Goals - yes, they apply to us as well :)
Goal 5 Gender Equality
Goal 8 Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
Goal 17 Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development
All the best for the festive season and best wishes for the coming year.
We will restart sessions in mid Jan again.
Look forward to catching up then.
