Hi
On Monday we spent some time on how to go about acquiring more customers.  We all have our own ways of attracting new clients and then building a relationship with them.   The concern tends to be how to build a system to ensure we can do this on a regular basis.
The video this week talks you through a simple 4 step sales funnel.  It is focused how to leverage your website.  It touches on how to convert a lead into a paying customer.  It also highlights the need to upsell as well.
If you need any more support please come by to one of the Knowledge Cafes or book a one to one online marketing session.
