The Musings of a Rabbi - Elul and Shoftim

Welcome to episode 1 of Rabbi Talk. This is our first episode and today we discuss the Jewish month of Elul, the month that precedes the High Holidays, and the process of Heshbon Hanefesh that happens during the month of Elul. Heshbon Hanefesh is an internal accounting of our soul. In the second half, we look at this week’s Torah portion Shoftim.
