Since a couple of weeks I’m posting what I’m working on on my WIP page
. It’s a small community of makers holding eachother accountable for creating or doing something each day. It feels like a combo of Twitter and Instagram in the early days. But more chill, without everyone meassuring their e-penis. It’s also fun to scroll back and see what you’ve done in the last weeks as you tend to forget quickly. I like the idea of small check-ins in public while at the same time creating a sort of lifelog. Following along or send me a message for an invite for WIP!
The first project I’m building is a clone of the WIP website itself (very meta I know). I’ve always wanted to learn how to build a web app from start to finish (so user authentication, likes, comments, a database, payments, profile pages, settings etc…) so cloning an existing one seemed like a good place to start. Ofcourse I’ve underestimated how much time it would take… but I’m making progress and you can following along at the WIP page
of the project.
