HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Well, lets face it, it will be hard for 2021 to be anything other than an improvement on 2020! That said, here at Pegasus, we are hugely optimistic that this will be a great year for the industry and will see us all collectively bounce back!

Afraid that there simply isn’t much to report on the news front; not surprising as it appears most of the industry has shut down over the Festive period; but here is what there is!
London Mayor Sadiq Khan is calling for a £3bn levy to be imposed on private house builders and developers to pay for cladding replacement work
Broxbourne, in Hertfordshire is to get a new City Centre valued at £400m.
Legal & General have been given the greenlight for a new modular scheme in Bristol.
