Whilst a very quiet week on the news front, our other sections are jam packed!

It has been a very quiet week on the news front!
L&G Modular has been given planning permission for its first major scheme - 154 homes near Selby and plans to be building 3,500 homes a year by 2024.
It has been a busy week for Birmingham. Argent has set out plans to build the world’s tallest hexagonal Resi tower. at 49 storeys. Meanwhile, Court Collaboration have revealed plans for a 48 storey Resi tower.
In Liverpool, Peel are to add a 31 storey tower to its Liverpool Waters site.
Unfortunately more bad news for the Student Accommodation sector with Empiric halting construction on three sites.
In Infrastructure, HS2 is to begin bidding for a construction partner to deliver the £2Bn track and pre-cast slab work. Elsewhere a new Rail Freight interchange in South Staffordshire has been given development consent.
