Life is curious. Be curious about life. Welcome to the Curious Cult. Articles, thoughts and insights from Nic Haralambous.

I’m an impatient person by nature. I often struggle to let other people finish their sentences and I hate waiting for my Uber to arrive.
In a session with my psychologist he dropped a couple of bombs in my brain that blew things up and made me rethink how to put them all back together.
One of them was that I have (had?) an addiction to anxiety.
The other was that waiting is an action, not a lack of action.
These two things together brought light into the dark corners of my mind where I struggle with anxiety and ambition.
As we head into the end of 2019, a decade is ending, not just a year. How did you spend this year and this decade? Constantly worried, constantly anxious, constantly planning your next move without letting the last one work itself out?

Waiting is a calculated move, use it wisely
Are you going to take time off to release the anxiety of an intense year? Do you also struggle with anxiety issues? How do you get over them or deal with them every day? I’d love to hear from you.
Nic

P.S.
My friend and talented entrepreneur is closing her business in the most proud way.
Very few people would go out with such grace.
Help Jess and her tea company by buying the last of her stock:
I’m sad to see her tea go.
