Hey there,

Everyone’s talking about bots.
“The bot revolution is still in the early phase, but the interest is clearly growing among consumers and businesses alike.” - Business Insider
“Bots will be responsible for cost savings of over $8 billion annually by 2022, up from $20 million in 2017 - Junip research”
“Bots will power 85% of all customer service interactions by the year 2020” - Gartner

*Queue dystopian scene where bots steal everyone’s jobs*
Don’t worry, bots aren’t going to steal your job; they’re made to eliminate the remedial tasks that keep you from accomplishing your goals. They automate mindless activities that humans shouldn’t have to waste time on.
There are three types of bots
The Socializer - By far the largest category of bots. They are designed to improve communication by providing clear and immediate responses. They’re often used in the customer service industry.
The Optimizer - They provide the right information at the right time making you more efficient while reducing your inefficiencies. Expect to see more of these.
The Super bot - Commonly known as Siri, Alexa, or Cortana, these bots are the gateway to other bots. They interpret your needs and send the request to a relative bot.
Heard of Chatbots?
Yeah, the world is hyper focused on them. So are top companies.
Unfortunately, chatbots have overshadowed the Optimizer bots.
This is bad because sales teams benefit more from Optimizer bots than any other category. Imagine receiving critical updates on your clients.

We wish we could recommend some powerful bots, but the CRM industry is late to the table. The bots that we tested fell short of our expectations. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.

Why we care?
We agree, bots are the future. Many of our features use bot technology; for example,  Map My Customers will notify you when you’re in danger of losing a customer. We want to do better. Stay tuned for new bot features.
