Besides (maybe) your mom, nobody is going to buy from you to make you feel better. But if there’s one person who will always keep you humble, it’s your good friend Data. Data will tell you–to your face–exactly which parts of your sales process are working and which need to go.
Fact #2: To explode revenue, you need sales reps who have a growth mindset and aren’t afraid of analytics-driven reality checks.
Maybe you should stop trying to sell to C-suite executives. Maybe your sales process is leaking leads. Whatever it is, the truth will set you free (and give you the opportunity to improve, which is the real point here).
